In the sixth community committee meeting, Able City reviewed the housing bond proposal for the Valero field and adjacent Apache block, and presented the draft masterplan site plan. We were able to get the thoughts and feedback from the committee.
We asked the committee different questions regarding the design. We asked them about building heights, parking, and playgrounds. Here is what we heard...
Valero Field
"keep historic in main streets and 3 story hidden"
